finding number in column

i like to know how many time number that is in one column appear in another column .

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
If the number is in cell A1 and the list in in range B1:B10, type this foemula in any other cell:

=SUMIF(B1:B10,A1)

Let A2:A10 be the first vertical range and B2:B10 the second.

In C2 enter & copy down:

=COUNTIF($B$2:$B$10,A2)
