Finding the most common numbers to make up a combanation.

Hi all I have a list of 10000 numbers in a row.
the numbers are all listed in the format 3:6:2:8
made up of number 1 to 10.
what is the easiest way to find out which are the most common 4 numbers to make up a combanation?
Also what are the most common 3 numbers that are part of the four number combination?
here is a small exsample of the numbers.
