Finding values in a formula

Hello,

I have the following formula in cell C87,

=RIGHT(eMail!B87,LEN(eMail!B87)-FIND("=",eMail!B87))

it is designed to look in B87 and ignore everything before '=' and the '=', no matter how long all the text before it is (the text before is ... Number of parking spaces required ...) and then give the value left over. There are other formulas which also have what I want from the '=' but the length of them is different, but what is always the same is the =.

Is there a way to have the formula work so that it does not matter where Number of parking spaces required appears in the column, the formula will find the text string in column B and then ignore all that comes before and including the = thereby giving a value of 6.

The text before the = is always the same it's just that sometimes the row in which the text appears in can be different.

Thanks for any help.

If you mean you want to search col B for that string, how about
=MID(INDEX(eMail!B2:B100,MATCH("Number of parking spaces required*",eMail!B2:B100,0)),36,100)
