I have a table containing a list of reps. for each day the reps are active, there is a record in the table. The date is included in the record. how would I get the first and last date the for each rep?

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
You could use DMax and DMin.

FirstDate:DMin("[YourDateField]", "YourTable", "[RepField]='" & [RepField])

LastDate:DMax("[YourDateField]", "YourTable", "[RepField]='" & [RepField])
