Benefits eligibility is first of month coincident or next following 60 days. Example - if hired 5/3/23, the 60th day worked is 7/1/23 so that would be the eligibility date. But if hired 5/4/23, the 60th day worked is 7/2/23 so the eligibility date would roll to 8/1, Can someone help with a formula for this?
