Fix a row

HI

I would like to know is there any option to fix a row. so that when the user scorll down the sheet that row should not move. coz in my scenario i have put titles in a row (category,subcategory,size,...) but if the user scorll down for entering this fields (100's of records) obviously he gets troubled in entering data in the appropriate fields. i need to avoid this.
Is der any option available.

select a cell below the row you want to fix. then play with :

window | freeze panes

or

window | split
