I have a check box on a userform with it's associated label.

When a command button is pressed and the check box has not been ticked, a message box appears telling the user to tick the checkbox.

When this message box is closed, I want the check box label forecolor turn from black to red and then flash every second until the end user puts a tick in the checkbox and the check box label forecolor returns to black.

Does anyone have any code that could do this?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
FYI it has been determined that flashing can cause epileptic reactions for some people

oooow, I'm not sure I'd want a checkbox flashing at me.....personally I'd stick with the MsgBox method !!
I did something similar some years ago, and the feedback wasn't at all complimentary !!
