Flickering Buttons on screen

I have Buttons, which have Macro's assigned to them, that sometimes Flicker while you are on that tab. Its not the Monitor. It does the same thing on Coworkers PC's as well. Does anyone know why its doing this? It doesnt happen every single time, but they do flicker a lot.
