Floating table

Hi all,

I have about 2000 lines in excel that needs manual coding (i.e. Cat A, Cat B, Cat C)

The data is from A2 to A2002

What I would love is a live table on the right hand side that float down as people categorises the data tallying up what has been categorise so far.

i.e.

Category A: 221
Category B: 21
Category C: 11

etc.

Is this possible

you could have the tally in the top line A1, B1, C1 and freeze the window so that the header always stays there and the rest of the sheet moves
