Sorry if this Question is already been answered have looked quite a lot but couldn't find.

Last week at work I used this function(floor) to calc. number of for eg. 10 that comes under 100. Could you please let me know if you can give me the formula for it. So to explain properly. I give £5 to every 100th so if I have 1000 what formula to use so that it tell me the exact amount in ££? I used floor but can't remember and lost the logic and its really irritating me now. Any help on this is very much appreciated.

Maybe ...
Code:
=INT(A2/100)*5
Where A2 is your value to analyse
100 is your unit
5 is your donation.

Is this what you mean?

Or if you want to use FLOOR perhaps

=FLOOR(A2/20,5)

If you are giving 5 for every 100 that is one 20th. So, dividing by 20 gives you that value then the FLOOR function rounds it down to the nearest 5.
