Font in text box blurred when saved as html

Hello folks,

I'm using Excel 2007 and when I save/publish a sheet as html the font (Arial 9 bold) in the text boxes appears slightly blurred in the browser (IE8). I've tried changing options available but there's no noticable improvement. The font in cells is ok.

Would be grateful for any help to overcome this problem,

P.S. Am now using Excel 2010 b.2. Blurring still occurs.
