Font ? =+ not returning it in script

I am pulling into cell A52 =+j12 from cell J12 thats arial font but in A52 i have the cell to script , but its now returning it in script.

Formulae do not see formatting, just values. So the cell will retain it's own format.

Yes J12 i need it as arial, but in A52 i have the cell as script. Shouldnt that cell return it in script? Something is not working right. On other computers its fine.

The font in A52 will not be changed as the result of a formula, it can only be done manually, or with VBA.
