For..Next with discontinuous numbers

Hello,

I have a ss with values in rows 7-11, and 14-21 that I would like to loop through. Currently I use the following construction:

Code:
``````For r = 7 to 11
statements
Next r
For r = 14 to 21
statements
Next r
[\code]
What I would like to do, ideally, is combine this into one loop that looks something like:
For r = 7 to 11, 14 to 21  which doesn't work
I've tried even listing the numbers in () like (7, 8, 9, ...) and without the commas.
I've tried the For Each r In (7, 8, 9, ...) but that doesn't work either.
Thanks,
George Teachman``````
What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Code:
``````For r = 7 To 21
If r <> 12 And r <> 13 Then
' statements
End If
Next r``````
