Force continue with 'We Can't update some of the links...' dialog box

Hello, I have a macro, which opens up all the excel files in a specific folder, runs a number of codes and the saves and closes the workbook before moving on the next one.

The whole process takes about 2 hours, but I cant for the life of me get excel to skip, or force continue on the edit links dialog box that comes up for these files.
I have had a look around google and this forum but everything that has been suggested doesn't work, and I am not sure why it comes up but it irrelevant because my macro has all the steps in place to ensure the data is correct and up to date.

I would really like to just leave excel too it rather than sit there and click continue on the opening of each file, does anyone have any suggestions?
