Force No for save over and Yes for save as macro free workbook when converting .xlsm to .xlsx

Hello,

How are you?
. I would like to know how can I force a Save without specific prompt for asking user to save as a macro free workbook, but then I want the application to still prompt user to overwrite the existing file with same name or not. I have used "Application.DisplayAlerts = False" which will suppress both types of save prompts, whereas I would like to bypass overwrite one.

Can it be done?
