Force Prefix When Saving

Hello,

Does anybody know if it is possible to force a user to save an XL03 file with a set prefix I.E "TRANSFERS TEMPLATE" but allow them to freely edit the remainder of the file name?

I have coded an excel based search facility that scans a sharepoint site for changes in the last week, but I would like to be able to be more specific - I.E pick up all of the template files in one go.

I realise that this is probably going to need macros to be enabled & work arrounds may be possible if the choose not to activate. - Not too worried about that at the moment.

Thanks

Josh
