Hi All,
I need some help with this one please.
I have a spreadsheet that is a schedule, it lists week by week until the end of the year, this helps us plan out future works but we only send 2 weeks worth to a client.
once the current week is over, we 'hide' the week, which in turn moves the new week left.
Is there a way to force a print area so that regardless of hiding columns it will still print that area? needs to be rigid

Please see 3x screen shots below - Not letting me post pictures i will try to add this underneath thread
1. I have highlighted where i have set the print area
2. I have hidden the first week and highlighted where the print area ends up
3. I have hidden the first week and highlighted where i would like the print area to be

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
It may be easier to extract the info to a new sheet for printing?
