Hello,

I'm having the following little problem, and i was wondering
if anyone could help me solve it.

I have an Excel sheet with VBA code in it, who opens 25 other
excel sheets (one by one).

Information is retrieved from these files, and new information is also
written to that file.

However sometimes another user is using one of these files, so
my "main" Excel program can't open and write to this file.

Is there a way to use VBA which displays a message to that user
that the file should be closed within 5 minutes, or automatically
closes that file after 5 minutes when the file isn't closed in time ?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Frits
