Need help on how to calculate a bonus payment based on sales results. I have to target levels. 16% growth which pays out 75% of a $3000 payout when target is reach and at 40% growth the full $3000 is payout. A sliding scale needs to exist between each level.
Example:
Opportunity to earn $3000
PY salesCurrent SalesOpportunity
100,000100,000$ 3,000
When PY is met 25%$ 750
At 16% growth116,000$ 2,250
At 40% growth140,000$ 3,000
