I have From (beginning of the month) and to Date (End of the month) e.g. from Jan-2021 - Sep2021 with a total of 150,000, how can i forecast the total remaining Oct, Nov & Dec.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Do you have the data per month (per fixed interval) then you can use the forecast.est function.
Else you can adpot an alternative approach for a 'linear' forecast: when 9 months is 150,000 then 12 months would be 200,000. Delta is 50,000 spread over three months is 16,667 per month.
Depending on where you have your dates in your file you can write a formula that responds to the change in time accordingly.

There might be other approaches I do not know off.

I have a data per month (all of it are starting from 1st day of the month) with actual values. Example, i manage to get the actual value result in a table from Jan - Sept, and i wanted to get the total forecast from Oct to Dec 2021.
