Forecasting FUN

Hi, ok so I have created a forecasting workbook which takes (I work in a hotel) our rooms occupied divided by the actual guests we got for breakfast, lunch and dinner and gives me a percentage (we call that capture ratio). I break down these and average them throughout the month by the day of the week. From there I do a weighted average over the last 3 months (50%, 30%,20%) Now, what I am looking for assistance here is figuring out exactly how to quantify weather, I understand that I need to get comparable numbers from nice weather to in climate weather so I can compare apples to apples but what is going to be the best way to do this???

By "in climate" do you mean "inclement"? If you want to share your workbook, you will have to use a file-sharing site, but not everybody can or will access it, so it would be better to use the ForumTools (link in my signature line) add-in to share some sample data.
