I have a column of figures based on (Total Production Figure for the year minus Current Production Figure) divided by (52 weeks minus Current week number) which gives me a list of figures with a number of decimal places.

My problem is, if I use the "ROUND" fuction to rduce them to integers, the column the totals more than the total production figure for the year.

Is there a way around this?

Hope this makes sense, thanks in advance.

Hi,

Why not just format the cells rather than rounding them?

Hi!
I think you are in big trouble, because you do not know what
to do with the decimal part.
One sugestion is to store the fractional part in a cell. then
when this get over 1 then add that to the current calculation.
use Int() coz this will always return the intiger part living the
deciamals for you to play

Why do you need to?
