Form Behind Other Windows

Hi, just wondering if anyone can quickly tell me how to set a form to be on top of other windows/workbooks/forms. I know if I want to make a workbook on top, I'll use something like workbook.activate - but how do I do it with forms?

'Show 2 user forms on screen
Userform1.Show vbModeLess
Userform2.Show vbModeLess

'Userform1 on top
Userform1.Show vbModeLess

Thanks but that gives me an error saying form is already showing.

Exactly what I'm trying to do is I have included a file browser on my form, when the user clicks on a button, the file browser comes up. Then when the user selects a file, the file browser closes, but then the form will go behind my other windows (eg windows explorer, IE etc) for some reason.

Can someone please help?? THanks!!
