Form Combo Box

Hello All,

I have a form with two comboboxes. One picks up a list of Managers and the second picks up a list of Account Mangers. Currently the Account Managers combo fill with all regardless of the sales hierachy.

What I would like is to have the second combo dependent on the first. So when Manager ABC is selected the second combo fills with only account managers under Manager ABC.
