I am not sure what I did, but the last form that I am creating is reacting differently from all the other Forms I created today.

Fist; when I go to Form View from Design view the header does not show.
Second; when in Design Mode I am adding a button but it doesn't go into the Steps I am use to when adding a button. It is not asking me to assign an action, picture....

Did I reset something I was not supposed to?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
To fix the Form Header - make sure you have a Form header and not a page header. This was my problem. As soon as I replaced the Page with the form. all was good. With the Button's, the Control Wizard was accidently turned off. That's done under the Design mode, page down under the command options and you should see it there.
