Form on sheet 1 copy to database on sheet 2

Hello,

I want to do a simple form on sheet 1 & have a cmd button when clicked add the data in the cells for the form added to the database on sheet 2.

I tried using the sample on the Contextures website http://www.contextures.com/xlForm02.html.

I think I just don't understand the VBA language enough to know how to do it.

Assign your Button to the macro, and try this, you'll need to enable macros if not already done:

Sub AddNew()
R = Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row
For a = 1 To 4
Sheets("Sheet2").Cells(R, a) = Cells(a + 2, 3): Cells(a + 2, 3) = ""
Next a
End Sub

But that continually replaces the first line on sheet 2. However I do know a little more than I did before. Thanks again.
