I have a small form that I use to populate some cells in my workbook haw can I code this from to use upper case letters whatever case I type in?

When you say form do you mean a userForm from the VBA screen if so then you could do something like this behind a commandbutton

Private Sub cmdOK_Click()
Dim rng As Range, c As Range
On Error Resume Next
Set rng = Range("b2")
rng.Value = UCase(Me.TextBox1)
End Sub
