Format cell based on average of cells within same range

Hi, I need help coming up with a solution to format cells within the range based on the average of the same range.

Details: If cell in column A=”Text”, then (any cells from columns L:Z in that row that are > the average of L:Z color format red. I have a lot of rows that this formatting would apply to.

Select columns L:Z and use the following formula in Conditional Formatting:

=AND($A1="text",L1>AVERAGE($L1:$Z1))
