Format cells to read 22° 33'12" Latitude numbers

:rofl: Working with Excel 2007, to create a custom number format to handle,
Latitude numbers. In all of the helps I have read they say to do this and that. But it will not work.

I want to custom numbers in a row of cells so when I type in the number
223312 it should be in the cell as 22°33'12"..

Thank You in advance for any help.
