Format Currency to "Millioneths"

I need some help to format a number to it's "millioneths" as they call it around here.....

In other words, the calculated total is $253,780.81

We need the cell to say: $0.25

I went to the format, custom area - and tried several things - none seem to work.

$#,##0.00,,
