format question

Hi,
Is there any difference in the cell value doing the following:

1. Copy/Paste text into a cell from another non Excel document to a tab delimited text file, then save a tab delimited txt file.

or

2. Create the same text in Access and generate a tab delimited txt file.

I am having trouble uploading this to a software program using #2 but not with #1, can't understand why.

Not much difference of both mathod.

Maybe some non-printable charactors be in the former.

Transfer both files to binary and check each byte to see the differences of them.
