Format ratios in order for colon to align in column. Whole numbers need a decimal followed by two zeroes to accomplish.

Here is my formula: =IF(C45="","",(M45/M45)&":"&ROUND(AB45/M45, 2))
This will round the result to two decimal places but does not add a decimal and two zeroes which would allow
all ratios to line up in the column. Attached is an image of the column.
Tried formatting all sorts of ways but that was not successful. Appreciate help.

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Much obliged! Excel decided it wanted to move one of the parentheses and it works great.

=IF(C45="","",(M45/M45)&":"&TEXT(ROUND(AB45/M45,2),"00.00"))
