I've got a lot of data to enter an it's all in a format like 01-01-0, 04-05-4, etc... (stock locations). It would be a lot quicker if I could just type 01010 or 04054 and excel would put in the - for me. Is there a custom format that could help me achieve this?

Any help really appreciated.
