Morning friends

Currently my percentage formatting is set as "Percentage" - "2". This is fine when
it does not show zero (e.g 0.01%). However I would prefer it to show "-" instead of
0.00% which could be quite confusing for me to read.

Perhaps there might be a custom format to show "-" instead of 0.00%.

Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

Thank you very much. I would not have made it on my own
and at such short time.
Before I posted the question I did try custom format 0.00%;-.

My pleasure. The semi-colons separate positive, negative, and zero formats - so the zero format must be after the second semi-colon. Text values trail at the end ("@" is an all-purpose text format).

Enjoy the rest of your day,
