Formatting a cell with a past due date

I need to format cell A2 to be red if cell B2 is marked N and the date is past 4/30/20, can anyone help me. I tried conditional formatting but I must be doing something incorrect.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Use Conditional Formatting, select the formula option, and use the formula:
Excel Formula: 
=AND($A2<TODAY(),$B2="N")
and then choose your formatting color.
