Formatting a number as a percent...

I have a formula that I can;t remember how to format the result to show as a percent instead of a decimal

=IF(SUM(R162:T162)=100%, "All accounted for", "only " & SUM(R162:T162) & "% accounted for")

IF(SUM(R162:T162)=1, "All accounted for", "only " & text(SUM(R162:T162), "0%") & " accounted for")

TEXT(SUM(R162:T162),"0.0%")

=IF(SUM(R162:T162)=1,"All accounted for","only "&TEXT(SUM(R162:T162),"0%")&"accounted for")

Try, not tested:-

=IF(SUM(R162:T162)=100, "All accounted for", "only " & TEXT(SUM(R162:T162)/100,"0.00%") & " accounted for")
