Formatting and Fill Handle Issue

Hello all!

I've run into a problem wherein we need to copy and INDEX MATCH MATCH for over 6k datapoints into a different sheet, but the other sheet is formatted differently in that it has an empty row above and below where we would need this function to go and pull the correct numbers. When I drag the formula down it either fills in each row (filling the necessarily blank rows) and if I highlight the padding cells with the formula cell centered and drag the reference cell counts each empty cell so we get the wrong data in the correct format.

Said another way, I want to be able to fill non-contiguous cells in a column from another sheet that has the formula in contiguous cells and the reference cells don't change the way I need them to.

As always, any help with this is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
If I understand correctly, this is what I do;

I will copy the formula without the equals sign, then paste it about where it should go.

Then edit/tweak the formula as needed, then copy it down.

Continue across as needed...

If this is not what your looking for, then disregard...
