I am using Excel 2007, and I searched for this already but could not find it. My apologies if I am repeating what someone else asked.

Part of my sheet looks like this:

Oct 11
Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun Mon etc...
4 5 6 7 8 9 10 etc...

Oct 11 is actually 10/1/2011
4 is =AA2 (where Oct 11 is in my sheet)
5 and on is =f4+1 (where 4 is located at f4)
Tue is =f4 (the formatting is changed to ddd)
Wed and on is =f3+1

So anyways... What I want is to use conditional formatting to change the fill of each column that's a saturday or sunday.

What I need help with is my formatting. I can't use ...="sun" because it's actually 40822 or whatever.

I know that part of this may be confusing, I'll be checking back on weekdays at work.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
