I need to format a textbox to show as a % and to 2 decimal places.

The textbox adds up figures from two other textboxes.

This is the coding i have at the moment but i keep receiving errors

Private Sub TextBox5_Change()
TextBox5.Value = Val(TextBox4.Value) / Val(TextBox3.Value)
ROUND(TextBox5.value,2)

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
