Hello everyone!

This is my first post here. I have imported a larg table from Oracle to Excel but the whole file comes under one cell. I want Excel to help me sorting out each paragraph under each column. I normally use Data>>>Text Column but I need another faster way to do it!

Kind Regards

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
what format is the data in
is it a text file
if so is it delimited
do you have the format of each data element
do you want to import all columns

Thanks jimrward.

Actually I'm importing an account analysis report from Oracle to Excel. The issue is all the report (45 pages) trapped under one single cell.

Formating data is my own word, I've created this but what I actually mean is when I import this report from the Oracle you know there are the discription then the document# then the debit then the credit...etc. all these when imported go under one cell! So in order to adjust these headers by clicking on Data>>>Text Column, it takes a lot of time specially if the report is very larg. So I'm trying to figure out a way to sort these headers under specific column with no much work!
