I'm looking for a formula that will allow me to "flip" the name around.

I currently have a name in a cell that says:

Jones Tom

I'm looking for something that will let me "flip" it to read:

Tom Jones

Any suggestions?

Here's the trick, I have other names in the columns that will need to be flipped to. All varying in lengths of names due to being, of course, different people.
