I want to format negative numbers as red with brackets and with negative sign or not. I know I can custom format that but I also know I should be able to find that format under Format Cells --> Numbers. But I could not find that option in my Excel (please see screenshot link below). I went to my Windows 10 Settings (see the screenshot#2 link), I see the negative number and I can select the (1.1) but it is still grayed out. How to fix that? Thank you very much.
