Formatting negative value when using Concatenate function

Say I have two values in two different cells: A1) -2.568 and B1) 7.134
in another cell, I want to combine the two but have it look this way:
-$2.6 / $7.1
I got close using the concantenate formula but it on the negative values, it returns the '-' sign before the '$' sign ($-2.6, rather than -$2.6)

Here's the formula I used:
="$"&(ROUND(A1,1))&" / $"&(ROUND(B2,1))

which returns: $-2.6 / $7.1

Is there a way to have the '-' sign come BEFORE the '$' sign?

any help would be appreciated!

=IF(A1<0,"-","")&"$"&(ROUND(ABS(A1),1))&" / "&IF(B2<0,"-","")&"$"&(ROUND(ABS(B2),1))
