Is there a way of formatting -(Negative) % so that it is red whilst +(positiive) is still black.
I can do this using conditional formatting but is there a way of formatting a cell to do this.
I an sure this is simple but the answer evades me.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You may want to amend Peter's code to:

0.00%;[red]-0.00%

If you want to retain the minus sign for negative numbers.
