Formatting of Comments: Format all / set default

I have about 50 or so comments in a workbook. How do I:

1. Select all comments and reformat their balloons to a desired set of formats
2. Change the default appearance of comments so when I add a new one it looks the same as the 50 I modifie in step 1.

This example changes all existing Comments' Font size to 9

Code:
Sub ChgAllComments()
    Dim rCell As Range
    On Error Resume Next
    For Each rCell In Cells.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeComments)
        With rCell.Comment.Shape.TextFrame.Characters.Font
            .Size = 9
        End With
    Next
on Error Goto 0
End Sub
