I have Excel 2002+SP3.

When I write for ex 900 to a cell, Excel changes it into 0.09 or if I write 2 it is changed into 0,0002.

What's wrong....

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Under Tools > Options > Edit, check that Fixed Decimal Places isn't selected. Looks like it is, and it is set to 5...

That causes Excel to automatically divide your input by the # of decimals.
