Formatting problems cell height -Excel 2007

Hello,

Is there a way to set up formatting on a column and retain that formatting each time the file is open?

I am struggling with Cell Format -> Cell size -> AutoFit Row Height

When I set up initially it works great. However when I return to the file and there is additional text entered the row height does not adjust to allow all of the text to be seen.

Is there a way to set this up to automatically adjust height when new data is entered?
