This has perplexed me for a long time. Sometimes I cannot move forms buttons around, even when they are selected and the crossed arrows appear...the buttons simply will not move. Sheet is unlocked, button selected. Another strange issue with forms buttons is that sometimes you can select a button and then use three of the four arrows...both sideways buttons and the down button, but not the up arrow. This is extremely frustrating and a serious waste of time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you.

Last used cell?

I don't think there is an answer to this question because it seems to be some kind of a bug; but I am surprised that more people have not asked it because it has definitely happened to me on more than one computer. In any case I have been able to overcome it by opening a new workbook and moving the sheet in question to the new book, whereupon all things button worked just fine. I then moved and resized my buttons, installed my new button, etc, and then simply moved the sheet back to the original book where it settled in like fish to water. Not only that, but button moving capabilities were fully restored in the original book. Yet another happy ending!

The battle continues...after successfully editing buttons by moving the sheet...the strategy immediately failed on my next attempt...however a better strategy has emerged...this time I just copied the row of buttons to a blank sheet and I am able to edit them there!
