Hi,

I currently have a form which has a field to select a staff members name from the table 'Staff Details' It currently shows all the names with scroll bar and you highlight one to select it. Is it possible to have it where only one is display at a time with a drop-down box?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Change the current control from a listbox to a combobox.

You can do that by selecting the existing control in design view, right clicking and selection Change to>Combo Box.

Depending on how the listbox was originally set up that's all you should need to do.
