Evening,

Have a fill with 3 seperate "YES/NO" questions.

Was able to use the forms toolbar and the 'choice' (circular) buttons for the first question.

Unfortunately, when I add the buttons for the second (and third) questions, it seems to be all part of the SAME button sequence so I can only select one of the six buttons.

Anyone able to offer a quick tutorial as to how to get these seen by excel as seperate 'options'?

Thanks!

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Hi, the round buttons are called Option Buttons. The intention of these types of controls is to enable you to pick one option out of several available options.

To get option buttons grouped so other choices arent mixed in then draw a Group Box. For example you might have a question which requires Yes or No. You would draw a group box then inside the box draw 2 option buttons - one Yes and one No. You might have another question asking which direction you want to go. Again you would draw a group box then inside create 4 options buttons labelled Up, Down , Right and Left.

If your wanting to choose one or more options then use CheckBoxes instead.
